1. Purpose and access
WPG n8n is an internal application operated by the WPG team. It is available to the project owner and authorised team members for managing WPG content. A read-only Google Search Console integration is planned for internal SEO reporting.
Access to the Telegram review group, workflow settings, spreadsheets and internal reports is provided by the WPG team. Before connecting a Google account or using the application, participants should review these terms and the Privacy Policy. The Google account owner authorises the necessary permissions through Google’s consent process.
2. Content preparation and publication
The application suggests topics, prepares draft text and images, processes feedback, stores versions and statuses in Google Sheets, and sends materials to Telegram for review.
A topic supplied by a team member is used directly to prepare a draft. A separate confirmation by an authorised team member is required before publishing the completed post. A selected publication date is recorded in the content plan; a date in the spreadsheet does not confirm that the material has been published.
3. Internal SEO reporting
Once implemented and authorised, the Google Search Console integration will retrieve data for selected properties using read-only access. Its purpose is to prepare internal SEO reports and help the WPG team monitor organic search performance.
Search Console data and SEO reports will remain in WPG’s internal reporting workflow. They will not be sent to OpenAI or Telegram. Team members must have the necessary permission to access each connected property and any associated reports.
Reports depend on the data available through Google’s API. They may contain delayed, incomplete or subsequently revised figures and should be interpreted in that context.
4. Team responsibilities
Participants must have the rights and permissions needed to use the materials they provide and process them through the connected services. Before approving publication, they must check the facts, product details, text, image and selected destination channel.
AI-generated materials can contain errors and require editorial review. The participant approving publication is responsible for the publication decision.
Participants must respect third-party rights, applicable data protection requirements and connected service rules. Access credentials, tokens and unrelated confidential information should not be included in bot requests or publication materials.
5. Availability and service dependencies
The application depends on the n8n server, Google, OpenAI and Telegram, valid authorisations and applicable API limits. Interruptions or changes in these services may delay a request or cause it to fail. Continuous availability and error-free generated content or reports are not guaranteed.
6. Ending access
The Google account owner can revoke access through Google Account connections. The WPG team may disable a participant’s access or suspend a workflow when working requirements change or data protection requires it.
Handling of previously stored materials and deletion requests is described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Changes and contact
The current terms are published on this page. The WPG team will communicate material changes affecting participants through its working channels.
